Fish and Chips is a National Treasure. Petrou Brothers celebrate the Nations Favourite dish by using the latest frying technology to create a traditional product but in a modern way. This means all the great  flavour and taste but with less than an incredible 8% fat. Fish and Chips are harvested from nature. With over 300 million portions sold annually in the UK and better for you than ever before – it’s no wonder that sales are on the up
