Fish and Chips is a National Treasure.  Two honest raw materials, harvested from the Field and the Ocean, it's a marriage that has worked for over a 150 years without a single argument.  Petrou Brothers celebrate the Nations Favourite dish by using the latest frying technology to create a traditional product but in a modern way.  This means all the great favour and taste but with less than an incredible 5% fat.  Fish and Chips was always meant to be an affordable meal for everyone and with over 300 million portions sold annually in the UK and it still being far better for you than most other takeaway meals, it is still an essential part of what keeps Britain on its feet.

Winning the UK title of number one Fish and Chip shop in 2007 was a massive achievement for Mark and Peter Petrou.  We've always said that we have batter in our veins and to be considered by industry experts as being the best in the business was a real honour.  The award put our Chatteris shop on the map as a magnet for Fish and Chip lovers the world over.  All our fish is sourced responsibly from sustainable stocks, our spuds are grown locally in the fens and the whole menu is free from any hidden nasties like artificial colourings, flavourings or enhancers.
